I didn't get my new user id email after subscribing

If our email has not arrived in your email inbox within a few minutes after purchase, then please check that it hasn't accidentally landed in your spam folder; sometimes spam filters incorrectly bypass your inbox. If you still can't find it, don't worry, we will email you manually as soon as we can. If you email us and let us know, we can check our payment records.

The videos won't play in Google Chrome on an Android mobile phone

There is a known bug with Google Chrome on Android. This can be fixed by updating your version of Chrome. Go to the Google Play store and search for Chrome. Select update and that should fix your problem.

I can't find the audio book & the video book. Can you point me in the right direction please?

Login first, then look for a topic page (science index/ biol, chem or phys/ choose a topic). The audio book/ video book buttons are in the menu on the left on a computer/ tablet (bottom of page on a mobile).
